Scorpos follows a set of standards for all its Software Development Projects, Quality Standards, Testing Systems & Documentation incorporating the current global standards & practices. We practice SSAD, OOAD techniques using CASE tools like Designer 2K, Erwin and Rational Rose for its development cycle and documentation.
Requirements Definition study

SCORPOS conducts in-depth study of the existing Physical/Logical (Computerized/Manual) System and gathers information from process owners. Software Requirement Specification Document (SRS) is prepared after exhaustive analysis. The SRS document is provided to the user and approval is obtained before commencement of Development.
Development
SCORPOS development team begins the project development after the SRS approval is obtained. The team interacts with process owners during the progress of the project. The Development Team consists of a Project Manager, Module Leads and the Developers
Quality Assurance
SCORPOS assures Quality through a team of experienced professionals entrusted with the responsibility of compliance to defined Quality Norms.
Documentation
SCORPOS provides the complete system and user documentation after the successful installation and implementation, which complies with AS3563 standards in terms of Organization, Content, Appearance and Language.
Testing
SCORPOS Testing Team undertakes the unit and integrated testing of the system after the completion of the modules. During implementation our team and the process owners are involved in preparing the test data and conduct extensive testing of the modules before the final acceptance.
User Acceptance
SCORPOS conducts the user acceptance test for the final rollout of the solution to the client and to check for the validity and reliability of the system. It also verifies that the systems & procedures operate to the specifications and that the integrity of the data is maintained.
