Position : SQL Design Engineer / System Analyst

Candidate Profile:

	Should be a BE/B.Tech/MCA/ M.Sc IT graduate with 3-8 years of functional experience in MS SQL Sever Database design
	Back-end coding skills in MS SQL Server 2000/2005
	Test Plan, Test Cases, Code - Walkthrough
	SDLC, RDBMS Concepts,OOAD, Muti-tier Architecture
	Schema design, Database design skills/Design methodology - ERWin
	Change request process and impact analysis
	Application Architecture, Datamodeling
	Configuration management
	Application documents - documentation skills
	Query Optimization and performance tuning skills
Responsibilities:
	Should be able to write / test / update code and design to develop database objects and queries
	Should be able to write stored procedures / functions and parameterized queries
	Should be able to research, investigate and evaluate potential database solutions to business problems / requirements
	Should be able to maintain detailed unit test designs to establish the order in which data is processed
	Query optimization and performance tuning
	In-depth product knowledge in SQL Server 2000/2005
	Should be sound in analytical and logical thinking

Candidate Profile:

	Should be a BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc IT graduate with 1-3 years of functional experience in in MS SQL Sever 2000/2005
	Backend coding skills in MS SQL Server 2000/2005
	Construction process and coding guidelines
	Relevant report writer tool (Crystal)
	Stored Procedures Coding
	Knowledge of Physical and logical schema design
Responsibilities:
	Produce quality codes on time. Follow defined coding standards. Produce weekly report on the work done
	Writing, testing and maintaining software programs according to specifications. Testing of systems and applications
	Convert project specifications and procedures to detail logical flow-charts for coding into computer language
	Review, analyze, program, modify, develop and implement software-programming applications and software products

Candidate Profile:

Educational Background

: B.E./B.Tech/MCA

Requirements:

4 to 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with a minimum of 1 year in software design of medium/large business applications

Primary Skills

: C# with SQL Server

Secondary Skill

: VB.Net

Must have hands-on in Design methodologies, estimation techniques

Sound experience in Database (SQL/Oracle)design, E-R Modeling.
